Sundial Villas

The Sundial Villa is our personal vacation home and is located on the island of Middle Caicos. Only 270 people live on the island. They are some of the friendliest people we've ever met. This is the old Caribbean!

Being remote, there are few stores, two restaurants, no tourists traps, traffic, or pollution. Use our maps to situate where Middle Caicos and the Sundial Villa is located

The villa is a well appointed oceanfront duplex. A path through the garden leads to our beach where you can walk for five miles, seldom seeing a soul.

The waters, all inside a reef, provide for great swimming, snorkeling,and fishing. On the island are extensive caves that can be explored safely.
